Terms of Service

Plan Court (sole proprietorship of [Your Name]) ยท Last updated: September 2026

These Terms govern your use of Plan Court, an adversarial plan-review service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Plan Court seats independent AI critic models around your implementation plan and a judge model that revises the plan and issues a verdict. Plans you submit are processed by the model providers you select (your own keys) or by our managed model mixes, and a report is produced.

2. Accounts

3. Plans, credits, and billing

4. Acceptable use

You may not: use the service to process unlawful content; probe, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure; circumvent plan limits or credit enforcement; resell access without a written agreement; or use the service to train a competing model on our prompts or outputs. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the plans you submit and the reports produced from them. You grant us only the license necessary to run the service on your behalf (processing your plan through the models and storing the result in your workspace).

6. No training

Your plans, critiques, and reports are never used to train AI models โ€” by us or, when you use your own keys, by the providers you configure. When you use our managed mixes, the plan text is transmitted to the model providers solely to fulfill your run; our agreements and configuration require that such inputs are not used for training. See the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI model output may be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading; a verdict is an advisory opinion, not professional, legal, or engineering advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on any output.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plan Court is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 USD.

9. Termination

You may delete your account and workspace at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. On termination, your workspace data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are effective 30 days after we post them or notify you. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of [Your City], India.
